Who is this for?
Agents doing under 5 deals a month who want to grow to 5–10+ a month. You know the basics and have baseline activity — you just haven't broken through. It is not built for brand-new agents with no sales yet, or for teams already running 100+ units.
What's the difference between the ticket and the stay package?
The ticket gets you into all three days of programming. The stay package adds a bed in the estate for both nights so you're fully immersed — eating, training, and networking in the same place. Only 10 beds are available.
Where do I stay if I don't take a bed at the estate?
We recommend Embassy Suites by Hilton La Quinta — a good, affordable hotel about 15 minutes from the venue. You book direct with the hotel; lodging is arranged and paid for by each attendee. The on-site stay package is the only lodging we provide, and beds are limited.
What's included — and what isn't?
Included: all three days of speakers and live implementation, and a catered lunch each day.

Not included: flights and travel, hotel / room & board, and any food beyond the provided lunches. Each attendee arranges and covers their own travel, lodging, and remaining meals.
What should I bring?
Laptop, headphones, and your CRM login — you'll be working live. Business casual for sessions, plus sneakers and pool gear for the afternoons.
What's the refund policy?
Tickets are transferable. If you can't make it, you can send another agent in your place — just let us know before the event. Full policy details are sent on registration.
Will the sessions be recorded?
The room is captured on video for our own content, but the value is in being there — the live implementation, coaching, and relationships only happen in person. This is an in-the-room experience.
